Here are some tips to help make your visit with us easier:
If you are unsure about your coverage for any ophthalmologic procedure, call your insurance carrier prior to making an appointment with one of our doctors.
If you do intend to use insurance coverage to pay for any part of your bill, please contact the office ahead of time to confirm that we are able to process claims through your carrier.
Contact your carrier and have them send you any forms that they require of our office to process your claim. Be sure to ask about this when you call us if you are unsure. We may have forms for your carrier already.
If the procedure you require is not covered by your medical insurance, we accept all major credit cards.
