We are a busy multi-specialty ophthalmology practice looking for a candidate to perform a variety of patient related tasks and diagnostic tests to provide support to its physicians.
We are willing to train the candidate who is able to multitask in a fast pace environment while working one on one with people of all ages.

A busy multi-specialty ophthalmology practice is seeking an energetic, friendly and detail-oriented person to join our team.
Primary duties include answering incoming telephone calls and assisting callers with questions and scheduling all patient appointments. Other duties include, communicating with physicians and co-workers, greeting patients and the public, checking patients in and out, verifying patient insurance and demographics, collecting co-pays, scheduling follow up appointments and performing a variety of other administrative/clerical tasks.
This full time position requires strong communication, clerical and computer skills. Experience working in a medical office is preferred but we are willing to train.
